我最喜欢的节日英语作文~

My favourat holiday is Spring Festival.It is the traditional festival of China. We can play fire works and any game we want on that period. Also, we can get some money from some of our older relatives. Therefore, we can buy things that we want to buy. I can also go to any place to play if I want. Nice foods is also aviliable for me to eat such as dumpings. This is why I like the festival.
Spring Festival is the most important festival in China, and it is also my most favor festival.

In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .

In many places people like to set off firecrackers .

Dumplings are the most traditional food .

Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .

They can also get some money from their parents.

This money is given to children for good luck .

People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

I most like holiday
I most like the festival is the Dragon Boat Festival, because the Dragon Boat Festival to eat dumplings, wearing sachet. 我最喜欢的节日
我最喜欢的节日就是端午节了，因为过端午节要吃粽子，戴香囊。各家要插“五端”：菖蒲、艾草、石榴花、蒜头、龙船花。大人们会用红、黄、蓝、白、黑五种颜色的丝线系在儿童的脖颈、手腕和足踝上，称为“长命缕”。
我记得去年端午节那天，我兴高采烈地和妈妈去买粽叶。回家后，我仔细观察妈妈做粽子。只见她首先把糯米淘洗干净，接着把粽叶卷成锥形并把糯米放了进去，还在糯米中央塞了一个大红枣。然后，她又用另一片粽叶把它包起来。最后，妈妈用一根结实的绳子把包好的粽子扎起来。我也学着妈妈那样包了几个，和妈妈包的粽子一起被煮进了锅里。
终于煮熟了，可是打开锅盖后，我吓了一跳：我包的粽子里面的糯米从叶缝里流出来了，这粽子变成了稀饭，妈妈只好又包了一锅。
煮完了粽子，妈妈又把“长命缕”系在我的手腕上和脖颈上，又在门窗上插了“五端”。
这天的端午节既充满神秘色彩又含有技术含量，我真希望每天都是端午节。
