How to keep healthy
With the development of people's living standard, huge amounts of people have become to focus on balancing diet and keep fit.
In my opinion, you can be a healthy person just follow the advices as below:
Firstly, we need more vegetable and fruits as well as execrising and having the enough time to sleep.
On the contrary, we should also pay attention to some backdraws, such as excessed fat and sugar. Moreover, much coffee is also harmful for us and overwork is a bad hehavior.
In conclusion, after following the six important rules, you will to be given a sound body and high-level mind totally.

As we all know it is very important to keep healthy. But do you know how to keep healthy？ Firstly I think we must have enough food to keep us healthy.
我们都知道保持健康是非常重要的。但是你知道如何保持健康吗？首先我认为我们必须有足够的食物来保持我们的健康。
First we should eat more fruits and vegetables. They are good source fo vitamins minerals and fibre. And also we need to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet will give us lots of energy. Second we should do some exercise. That can make our body strong.
首先我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜。他们是维生素、矿物质和纤维的良好来源。我们还需要吃一个均衡的饮食。均衡的饮食会给我们很多的能量。第二我们应该做一些运动。这可以使我们的身体强壮。
Third we should get up on time. go to bed on time. Try test tips maybe they will help you keep healthy.
第三我们应该准时起床。准时上床睡觉。试试这些技巧，也许他们会帮助你保持健康。
健康小常识：
1、吃水果最好在饭前半小时至一小时或饭后一小时至两小时。
2、喝豆浆时，不要加鸡蛋及糖，也不要喝太多，会上火。
3、早上醒来，先喝一杯淡盐水，预防结石。
4、睡前三小时不要吃东西，会胖。
5、少喝奶茶，因为高热量、高油，没有营养价值可言，长期饮用，易罹患高血压、糖尿病等疾病。
6、白天多喝水，晚上少喝水。
7、一天不要喝两杯以上的咖啡，喝太多易导致失眠、胃痛。
How To Keep Health
Do you want a strong body?Let me tell you how to do. You should eat lots of fruit and vegetables,and drink lots of boiled water.You should do exercise .You should sleep at least eight in the evening,too.but you shouldn't drink coffee or tea before sleep,you shouldn't eat too many candies.You shouln't work or study too hard. The way can keep your health.
Many students do not have breakfast before they go to school.It's a quite bad habit and it's bad for your health.Maybe you don't have time to have breakfast but you couldn't learn well in your classes if you don't eat any thing .Keeping in a good health which can help you study well is very important
First, get up early in the moring and never stay up late. Good habits of keeping right time for work and rest are very important for our health.
Second, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits as well as less junk food.
Third, brush teeth in the morning and evening every day. And it'll be better to do it after each meal. Keeping our teeth clean is essential for the absorption of nutrition.
Last, do exercise regularly. Sports may surely help us keep alive and more healthy.
