It's important to stay healthy because without good health, people nearly can do nothing.
保持健康很重要因为没有健康人们不能做任何事。
I think there are several ways to stay healthy.
我认为这里有几种方法来保持健康。
First, good healthy eating habbit is very important. we should eat three healthy meals every day instead of junk food. We'd better eat slowly.
第一，好的饮食习惯非常重要。我们应该每天吃三顿健康的食物，而不是垃圾食品。我们最高细嚼慢咽。
Second, we should have good habbits, such as, having enough sleep so don't stay up too late, drink enough water, don't snoke and so on.
第二，我们应该有健康的习惯，比如，睡眠充足，所以不要熬夜到太晚，饮水充足，不要吸烟，还有很多。
Last but not least, it's very important to laugh every day.
最后但不是最不重要的是，每天都笑很重要。
今天是圣诞节的前一天了，因为今天爸爸妈妈都要来我们班和我们一起过圣诞节的平安夜呢，爸爸妈妈为我们已经把教室打扮的漂漂亮亮，我们早上一来就好开心、好兴奋呀！ 中午爸爸妈妈终于来了，他们给我们带来了许多许多礼物，我们还和老师一起玩了游戏呢，我们的刘校长也来我们班了我们特别热情，刘校长很喜欢我们班，说我们是“十全十美”班。我觉得圣诞老人送给我的礼物真好吃！

苦中乐有非常多的例子，我们可以板着手指头想一想，比如有扫楼梯、拖浴室……。但这次却很特别——给小鸟清理房间。
别听着简单就以为做起来很简单。正是对这个活我一窍不通，只好请了个助手——姥姥。
一大早我和姥姥拎着鸟笼下了楼，凑齐了工具便开始清理鸟笼了。我被安排到了一项活“除鸟粪”。因为时间长的原因，许多鸟粪都粘在了纸壳上很不好除。我拿起小木棍小心奕奕地伸进鸟笼里开始除粪行动。这件事几乎超出我的想象，一切是那么的顺利！
“哗”的一声，只见姥姥把鸟笼立了起来，倒掉了鸟粪，可就在这时，小鸟被落下的空食盆压在了下面动弹不得，等待着求救。
鸟笼清理干净了，我的心里乐开了花，甜滋滋的。
