This research uses the questionnaire survey and interviews, to the Shanghai Changning District special education school 36 special education teachers were preliminary investigation and study, understand the status of professional development. Suggestions by introducing received special education professional training of teachers, young teachers into power, rich special education knowledge and improve their teaching skills, enhance their professional beliefs such as the way to promote the Changning District special education school teachers' professional development.
