坐下英语怎么说 坐下是说sit down还是have a seat比较好？有啥区别呢？

以前我们也分享过比如backseat driver，大家还记得吗？这“后座司机”啊，自己不会开车，但却喜欢对驾驶员叨叨叨，也就是爱指手画脚的人！今天来学习一些新的内容。
*“坐下”是说sit down还是have a seat比较好？有啥区别呢？
① 一般情况下，sit down相对语气比较硬，具有一种命令或指示的意味，显得没那么客气；
比如说：Sit down and be quiet，Adam，you are bothering others.（亚当，坐下保持安静，你打扰到别人了）。
② 而have a seat就显得更加委婉和礼貌，如果有客人或长辈，让别人坐下可以说Have a seat，please或者Please be seated。
比如说：Hi Adam，nice to see you again，please have a seat.（嗨，亚当，很高兴又见面了，请坐）。
好啦，接下来咱们来学学一些词组。
1）In the hot seat
其实这个词组是很容易猜出意思的，hot seat说明这个“位置很烫”，坐不得，因此意味着你的境遇很糟糕。
In the hot seat意思就是指处境艰难，还可以说in the hot water或high and dry。
英语例句瞅一瞅：
① I was in the hot seat when the boss found out that I have made a mistake in the project.
当老板发现我在项目中犯了错误时，我的处境很艰难。
② You will be in the hot seat if the customers complain to your manager.
如果有客户投诉到你的经理那里，那你的处境就艰难了。
2）Love seat
“In the hot seat”是指处境艰难，那“love seat”是什么意思？
有love，那确实是和“爱情”有关呢，两个相爱的人儿可以亲昵地坐在一起的地方，就是love seat，一般指那种双人沙发，鸳鸯椅。
英语例句：
① Honey，how about getting a love seat？
亲爱的，买个双人沙发怎么样啊？
3）By the seat of the pants
Pants是指裤子，貌似是“座位上的裤子”？啥意思？其实是这样的，在第二次世界大战的时候，由于那时的飞机不先进，飞行员在开飞机时遇到器械失灵或者天气干扰的情况时，只能捏一把裤子，凭感觉飞了。
所以，现在by the seat of pants是指临时凭感觉碰运气，凭直觉做事。

他就是凭感觉在经营自己的生意啊。
② Adam，you can not make the decision by the seat of your pants.
亚当，你不能完全凭你的感觉下决定啊。
