这个问题不难理解，你说用noticing也对，动名词，但notice也可以做名词使用，动名词虽然是动词变来的，终究还是充当名词的作用。但你的翻译好像有点问题，原句如果用notice这个纯名词，就应该翻译成他的话值得引起注意。（因为纯名词不含动作的意味）如果用ing才翻译成他的话值的注意（这里“注意”有动词的含义在里面）。

二楼的回答比较而言相对准确，但我还是要补充一下：Go out在单独使用是表示二楼的所说之含义，但在句中使用并无此意。此处用Go outside较为准确。就表示“外出”之意。 另，对四楼的这种胡乱摘抄一大套的做法表示愤慨！
