这首歌原产于1977年英国著名摇滚乐队Queen－皇后乐队。皇后乐队是流行歌坛中少有的学识涵养较高的团体，因为除了主唱佛莱迪外，其他3个成员都拥有学士学位。上世纪70年代，英国的重金属乐队往往给人不修边幅的落魄印象，但同样打着重金属旗号的“皇后”乐队，则在其着装和举止等方面显示出一派贵族气质。他们打扮雍容华贵，艳丽夺目，大有皇家艺术气质。
