语法上没什么问题，但写得有点中国式了。
我试着修改一下：
I can't find a person like my mother who always gives me many expensive gifts,but she often buys cheap chothes for herself,Besides, she always satisfies me no matter how hard for her,And she plays with me no matter how tired she is.
At last,I want to tell all of you that my mother is good at everything in my eyes,
最后一句，我不太明白你想表达些什么，觉得句子前后不太连贯。

Living in cities

People living in cities have been brought into focus.Nowwadys,more and more people are moving into cities.According to a recent survey conducted by CCTV,the past decade has witnessed a sharp increase in the number of cities from 24,000 to 75,300.There are many reasons accounting for living in cities.
Among all these reasons,one is that the city's economy is richer than that of the country.In other words,cities have advanced equipement and advanced technology.What's more the living conditions are much better in cities.In addition,the traffic is very convenient in cities.As a result.more and more people are living in cities.
As far as I'm concerned,living in cities is good.First of all,living in cities improves people's living standard. people's life in cities is very convenient.Taking all the above factors into consideration, I may reasonably conclude that living in cities is a better choice.

修改完毕，掌握的原则是尽量少地改动原文。对内容稍作修改，如从24000到753000，谁也不知道这是指什么，暂译作城市数量。

foreigner 切记，英语单词可数的要不有冠词，要不用复数，不可这样用（除了特殊短语等）所以此处用 foreigners更好。
advices该词无复数，要想用可用suggestions
if we had condition, we shouldcommunicate with foreigner 用了虚拟语气，不错
