这个作文你完全可以反着写。
一开篇你就写一个场景：因为你同学加朋友的“出卖”，你某次考试作弊的事情被你们老师知道了。他不但极其严厉地批评了你，还要求你找来了你的爸爸妈妈。而正因此，你的爸爸妈妈在整整一学期都把这件事挂在嘴边上不停地对你说教，让你烦透了。
第二部分写你暗自发狠，下决心下次考试要靠自己的努力取得好成绩，以此来回击那些出卖过你的人，批评你和对你说教的人。每当你因长时间学习而感到疲惫时，你就暗自握紧拳头在内心对自己喊：一定要拿个好成绩让他们闭嘴！！！
第三部分，考试终于在你的期盼与不安中再次到来。由于过度的紧张与考前休息不到位，你这次考试的成绩非常不理想，较之从前也有所不如。你不敢面对这一切，不敢面对老师和同学们，也不敢回家。夜深了，你还独自一人在自家小区的灯下徘徊。过了一段时间，你的爸爸妈妈和老师找到了你，同时来找你的，还有出卖过你的同学加好友。他们并没有再批评你，只有对你的关心。你不安的心情终于平静下来，问他们为何不批评你，因为你的考试成绩。而他们告诉你，你的努力大家都看在眼里，考试不能说明一切。而你也突然觉得，那次的出卖，那天的批评，那学期的唠叼都是那么可亲可爱。
这里我说的部分不是段落划分，你可以根据内容划分段落，切忌不要喊口号，也不要有太多铭志式的内心感慨。结尾要干脆，别拖。

时间从指间不经意地弹落，往昔的格子爬满了蜘蛛的足印。它正在里面结网，把每一个格子都尘封起来，只是有的地方密密麻麻模糊难辨，有的地方稀稀疏疏明朗清晰。这种感觉是用灰土裹着的黄金，如果不去品它，便永远不知道它的真正价值，那就是成长的故事。

成长是一曲刚健的歌谣。走进田间地头，听拔节声声，走进森林旷野，听万籁和鸣。噪动与喧腾，追逐与奋争，这就是成长的旋律。在成长的行列里，弹奏的是辉煌的音响。

成长是—道色彩的流程。飘去了鲜艳的连衣裙，飞走了粉红的蝴蝶结。一身校服，一围凝重的色彩。不见了童话书上多彩的封面，看到的是教科书一脸的严肃。堆积的课本一如大山的深沉。—切浮躁归于沉静，昔日绚丽的色彩只去装点青春的梦境。

成长是缓缓流淌的溪流。悄然地，我们就长大了。学会了坚强，学会了坦然。同时，也学会了修饰与包装。似水流年，流走了少年的纯净与质朴，正如苇岸在《白桦树》中所述：在白桦树的生长历程中，为了利用生长，总是果断地舍弃那些侧枝和旧枝。可以说成长是—个兑变的过程，由简单到复杂，由幼稚至成熟。每蜕去一层躯壳，痛苦在所难免。作家刘墉说，成长是—种美丽的痛。

成长也是艰难的跋涉。穿越《伤心地铁》后，是—条曲折的山路，身后蜿蜒，脚步依稀前面，长满荆棘，堆满鲜花。勇敢地追寻，路就会在脚下延伸，成长即路。

成长的故事很多很多，有欢乐也有悲哀；成长的岁月很长很长，需要我们一点一滴去感悟。岁月不会回头，抓住今天的每一秒，把希望系于明天的彩云，成长就是希望编织的彩带，串连回忆和向往。

Understanding is a bridge between teachers and students. Once I copied my deskmate’s paper during an exam and handed it in. The next day, my teacher told the whole class about it. I lost face. I hated the teacher.
Days later ,the teacher had a heart-to-heart talk with me. He said he could understand that I would like to be good. But to be good should depend on hard work. From then on, with his help, I became so interested in study that I made great progress.
I think understanding is an important part of our life. Understanding can make us successful. Knowing that, I understand my teacher better. If I make everything successful in the future, my teacher will be the first one who I should first to thank.
