[abstract] Chinese contemporary pop songs with entertainment as a kind of cultural phenomenon, and the public its development and growth of our background and social development is close to the context. Pop songs with style of writing content not only the people living reaction was more realistic record with the social and cultural environment are closely linked, become popular, index of ideology. This paper attempts to some typical pop songs to explore the interpretation of the prevailing social cultural environment and behind the lyrics of social culture changes under the psychological characteristics of the group. Due to the large number of text lyrics from the Angle of selected papers will be subject to discuss four aspects, namely, the attention and eulogizing life feelings, social phenomenon observed and reflection life noumenon, the life experience and the traditional culture of regression and transformation of nature, thus developing track and lyrics literature, this paper also stage to the key of writing.

在法学领域，对于网络游戏中的虚拟财产的性质一直存在争议。随着我国经济快速发展，人民生活水平的不断提高。互连网络的逐渐普及，特别是近年来网络游戏的兴起。使得游戏的虚拟物品交易发展成一个全新的经济体系.并冲击着现有的法律、经济和人们的认知。为了适应时代的发展、为了保护公民的合法权益，对网络游戏中的虚拟财产的性质进行认定和保护势在必行。在本文中笔者主要首先通过对虚拟财产的概念、内在属性进行阐述从而对其性质进行认定。其次说明在我国目前状况下对虚拟财产的保护的必要以及难度。最后通过参考各国对虚拟财产的保护方法而提出针对我国目前状况提出的保护策略。

在商业广告中,受众并不是被动地接受,而是主动的创造,用自己的审美观去积极能动地影响广告创作者的创作模式。因此,必须了解受众的接受心理,才能因时、因地、因人而异,创作出不同特色的电视商业广告。从广告审美角度分析受众接受心理,对于广告效果研究大有裨益。
In commercial advertisements,receicers don't accept passively,but creat actively,which means that receivers influence the creation mode of ad creators positively and actively, through their own aethestic standards.Thus,we must understand the acceptance psychology of receivers' to creat different distinctive TV ads,which is required based on different time,different place and different people. What's more,to analyse the receivers' psychology from ad aesthetics,is very good for the rearch of ad impressions.

A commodity image is not only decided by its use value, simultaneously is also decided by its psychological value and the cultural value. The advertisement should hold these psychological feature, carries on omni-directionally, the multiple perspectives three-dimensional information dissemination.

In the commercial advertizing, is not accepts passively the audiences, but is the initiative creation, goes with own aesthetic standard to be able positively to move affects the advertisement creator's creation pattern. Therefore, must understand that is accepted the psychology the audiences, when can because, is different from person to person, creates the different characteristic the television commercial advertizing. Is accepted from the advertisement esthetic angle analysis the audiences the psychology, is of great help regarding the advertisement effect research .
