你可以加上过去的时间标志比如：last night yesterday last week 等等另外叙述一件事情比如说昨天或上周发生的事情 然后把所有的动词用过去式就ok了比如说我上周去购物 买了许多东西

主要注意时态，动词要变成过去时态，然后中间加一些衔接语句的句子。例如：I went to a park with my parents,it was very interesting.就像这样
