Working for My Mother为妈妈打工
The summer vacation began. I decided to work to make money for the next term.暑假开始了，我决定打工为下学期挣些钱。
But I didn't know what work I could do.At that time, my mother was writing a book.I decided to type for her for pay. She agreed and paid me 5 yuan for 1000 words.但我不知道我能做什么工作。那时，妈妈在写一本书。我想为她有偿打字，她同意了，答应每千字付我5元钱。
I began to work.I typed so slowly that I could type only several hundred words a day.It was a hard job for me.I kept typing all day long.我开始工作。我打字很慢，每天才能打几百字。对我来说这是一项辛苦的工作，我只能整天工作着。
I finished the work two weeks later.I came to know how hard it was to make money.

Summertime is the besttime of the year.There is no school for monthsI get to do what I want.With no tests no homework,I'm as free as a bird.
I do many things during the summer vacation.I relax by reading books watching TV.I also hang out with my friends travel with my family.However,I don't play in summer.I take advantage of the free time to learn more.For example,last summer I learned to swim.This summer I might study computers or English.

昨天是我生日，所以有几位我的同班同学送我礼。母亲给我准备一个茶会。我邀请他们都前来参加。茶会下午六点半开始。有冷饮和点心。我们又吃又谈又笑。我们觉得是世界上最快乐的人。。

2.I like the Chinese new year better than any other festival. This is a time especially for rest and joy. I need not study. I wear good clothes and eat good food. I have a good time from morning till night. I am as happy as a king.

must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.
寒假刚一开始，我就回故乡了。自然我须好好利用它。 早晨我复习功课并阅读报纸或杂志。下午我和朋友打球，或去河中钓鱼。晚上我就和家人看看电视。墙上的钟刚敲十下，我就去睡觉了。

今天非常炎热，一大早起床就感觉闷热的难受。吃完早饭妈妈让我陪同她去买菜我也没去。因为实在是太热了，感觉动一下手指头身上都在向外冒汗。
下午到市图书馆看了一下午的书。因为图书馆有空调可以吹，而且书也比家里的多太多了。顺便查了一下日全食的资料。
