扩展资料：2004年11月，总政宣传部向全军部队和社会各界下发通知广泛征集表现战斗精神的队列歌曲。截至2005年4月上旬，总政有关部门共收到专业作家的歌曲作品236件，业余作者的歌曲作品近4000件。
经过专家和部队基层官兵代表反复研究挑选，在部队组织学唱的基础上，评选活动于2005年6月16日圆满结束，25首优秀作品脱颖而出。总政治部发出通知，将25首从征集作品中挑选出的歌曲印发全军，要求各部队认真组织学唱，即《战斗精神队列歌曲》。
战斗精神队列歌曲由此诞生。截至2005年4月上旬，总政有关部门共收到专业作家的歌曲作品236件，业余作者的歌曲作品近4000件。
