Perhaps one of the most relaxing activities for me would be to free myself from all my worries, even for ten short minutes, during which time I would listen to music or watch some of my favourite dramas or blockbuster movies. I have chosen this for I find that this is the quickest way to get my mind off worrisome things.
One of the other ways, I must say, would be to go out for a quick jog around the block. Not only does this naturally take my mind off whatever was bothering me, most importantly I love the feeling of adrenaline circulating around my body as I run, and the cool autumn breeze rushing past me.
