写一篇关于我的一日三餐的英语作文~

In the morning, I usually eat bread,eggs and a glass of milk.In the afternoon ,I usually have beef,fish and vegetable soup.In the evening, I uaually have noodles and some fruit.


够简单的吧，初一大概就写这么点就够了，你可以再写点别的吃的

写作思路：可以分别介绍一下三餐的重要性，应该怎么去正确地对待三餐等等，避免语法使用错误。
正文：
It's important for everyone to have three meals everyday. Many people miss their breakfast because they do not have enough time -- that's totally bad for bodies.
每天吃三顿饭对每个人都很重要。许多人错过了早餐，因为他们没有足够的时间，这对身体完全不好。
It's easy for you to get hungry if you do not have anyone of these three meals. Breakfast is important, beacuse you have not been eating anything for hours before you get up.
如果你没有这三顿饭中的任何一个人，你很容易饿。早餐很重要，因为你起床之前已经有好几个小时没吃东西了。

You can not miss your lunch because you need to get energy for the rest of the day.
你不能错过你的午餐，因为你需要一整天的精力。
Some people do not have dinner in order to lose weight, but they will feel hungry later but food taken at that time is harder to be digested, they will get less nutrition but a lot fat store in their body instead. That's why you need to have three meals on time everyday.
有些人为了减肥而不吃饭，但后来会觉得饿，但当时吃的东西更难消化，他们的营养反而少了，反而脂肪大量储存在体内。这就是为什么你每天要按时吃三顿饭的原因。

There are three people in my family:My father,my mother and I.My father likes eggs,noodles and apples for breakfast. My mother likes eggs,soup and milk. I Iike eating bread,milk and fruit! We usually have French fries,chicken,tomatoes,rice and porridge for lunch.We have dinner at 18:00. I like eating potapoes,soup,rice and vegetables.But my father doesn't like. He likes broccoli,rice and fruit!We don't have dessert.

We eat lots of food,because My mother think it is good for us to keep healthy

• What We Eat Every Day.I'd like to tell you what my family eat every day.  For breakfast, we eat some cookies and drink milk mostly, sometimes eggs included.  As for lunch, we eat more nutritious food. Usually, there are three dishes on the table. One of the is with meat while the other two are just vegetables. My family like to eat cucumbers and cabbages. We don't make soup or porridge often. We like spicy food.  At last, I'll tell you what we eat for dinner. We don't eat much for supper. Usually just one or two dishes. We eat bland food for dinner.  So that's what we eat for the three meals every day. Good food makes us all very healthy.
