一道初中英语题目（介词部分），求解答！

in the past tow years 是指在过去两年里
有这个短语就要用现在完成时
所以是has written
大多数情况下,如句中有 类似in the past two years短语的时候,句子用现在完成时态.但是当不强调动作对现在的影响时,可以用一般过去时态.
主语+have/has+动词的过去分词
过去发生并且已经完成的动作对现在造成影响或后果，过去某一时间开始并一直持续到现在的动作或状态。
A是现在进行时，表示一直在进行，但in the past two years是过去两年，所以不能用现在进行时。
B是过去进行时，表示过去一直在写，这也不可以
C是过去时，不能用in the past two years，这不是过去某个时间，而是一种持续的时间

neither的用法
either意思是"两者中的任何一个"，neither意思是"两者都不"，两个词在句中都可以充当主语、宾语、定语和同位语。
①作主语时，可单独使用，也可以与of连用，either，neither接谓语动词一般用单数形式，但这两者在口语中作主语时，其后的谓语动词也可以用复数。例如：

我们还是只要记住key to的用法就好了
key to 就是...的钥匙....的答案
key to the door 房门钥匙.钥匙与房门配套.强调一对一.唯一性
key to the question 问题的答案.答案与问题也是配套的.强调一对一.唯一性
所以.key to + 名词.这里的关系 不仅仅是从属于.还是一对一.唯一的
但是.
key of:
开-的钥匙.不一定是唯一的
