我们已经仔细检查过了从我们最近托运的货物中取出来的样品，发现和我们库存的货号为tp-415的货物质量没什么差异。我们只能猜测一定是哪里出现了错误。为了解决问题，我们愿意派一个代表去（对货物）进行检验。如果证明是我们职工犯的错，你可以希望由我们来更正这个错误，或者你愿意选择要了这批货物，如果你可以大方地容忍的话

Thanks for your counteroffer about the green tea on Sep. 13, 2007. But we are sorry that we cannot accept your requirement for the 10% discount. Actually we have acquired a lot of orders at the price we quoted, that means our quotation is reasonable. We can hardly get profit if the price is lowered by 10%.
Therefore, we hope you can think over our offer and conclude a transaction on a win-win base.

Tell the other side you have received the Sept. 13, 2007-offer letter on green tea, for the other offer. Clear that I regret not to accept the other ten percent price reduction yet set, and shows at the prices you have received a large number of orders. Emphasize your offer is reasonable and moderate, if you will cut prices 10% profitable. Recommended each other to reconsider your offer and hope to benefit in the case of the two sides deal.
