【急急急】求一篇英语日记，80个词左右，要求用现在进行时（be v.ing），就初中水平的那种，不要太高端了
Today is Sunday. I don’t have go to school. I am going to be out for jogging after getting up at six in themorning. I am going to have breakfast at 8. After breakfast, I will be reading English first and then doing my homework. I have many works to do, because the teachers of English, Chinese and maths have given us assignment (给我们布置了课外作业). At noon, I am taking a nap for about one hour. I am going to play games with my friends in the afternoon before having supper at seven. I enjoy watching TV in the evening, so I am going to sitting in front of the TV with my family. After eleven, I am sure that I am having a sound sleep (酣睡) .
日记主要是对当日已经做过事的记载，当然也可以写一些以后打算要做的事。要求用 be v-ing写，只能是早晨起床前在被窝里写出来的当日打算。

Get up at 6 o 'clock in the morning to run, eat breakfast at eight o 'clock, and then learning, have lunch at twelve o 'clock, and then take a nap, at 7 PM for dinner, then watch TV together with family and sleep 11 PM
I am getting up to run at 6 everyday.At 8 I am eatting breakfast .Then I am learning English,maths and Chinese. When it is time to 12,I am having lunch.I am eatting dinner at 7.After dinner, I am watching TV with familes until 11o`clock. I am going to bed.
