在这场血与泪的悲剧中，中华民族空前团结。灾区的惨状让无数人潸然泪下，无数颗普通的心汇聚成无言的大爱，无数普通人正行动起来。
他们是成都的一群出租车司机。曾经，他们会因为一块钱的路费而与你斤斤计较。但是，就在这样一个深夜，无数司机拉着应急灯开赴都江堰，转移伤员，运送救灾物资。
他们生活在社会的最底层，以拾荒为生，连温饱都难以保证。但是，国难当头，他们毅然将仅有的钱塞入募捐箱。
他们是一群人民教师。地震恶魔瞬间摧垮了校园，而坚定的责任感让他们在瞬间选择用身体保护学生，自己却倒了他们挚爱的教室里。
他们是一群平凡的警察。地震中连失亲友的噩耗并未击垮他们。化悲痛为力量，他们始终坚持在抗灾一线，日以继夜地抢救伤员。
他们是一群普通的战士，驾驶直升飞机为救灾而忙碌着。但是不幸降临，飞机失事，唯有“生死状”的签名诉说着感人至深的故事。

这是一个奇迹，一个属于中国的奇迹。民族精神在极短的时间内被激发，被无数普通的“他们”诠释得淋漓尽致。有人曾说，民族精神的显现往往因为国难的发生。的确，突如其来的天灾和生灵涂炭的惨状，让所有华夏儿女为之唏嘘。所有人都怀有悲天悯人的情愫，所有人都有着强烈的民族情感，所有人都发出心底的呐喊：“灾区，我们和你在一起！”
一个“他”，也许微薄、微细、微乎其微。但无数微不足道的“他们”却足以将民族精神发挥到极致；一个“他”，也许渺小、不值一提，但无数个“他们”却汇聚成最强大的力量，成为灾区人民的“强心剂”。是所有“他们”坚守渐渐温暖了被残垣断壁包裹的人心，抚平了疮痍满目的川蜀大地。他们的爱，让温暖遍撒人间，让天地为之动容。
请相信，无数双手的掌托下，伤痕累累的天府之国终会驱走阴霾，迎来曙光。所有的“他们”在行动，所有的国人在祈望……

Giving a helping hand as a volunteer
As we knew, the winter in 2007 was a disaster. The snow storm hit many provinces in China, including Guizhou province, Hunan province, Guangxi province, and so on. Many people are leading a bad life without enough water and electricity because of the snow storm, and they really need our help now.
So we need to give a helping hand as a volunteer to those people in disater. If you are rich, try your best to send some money to those people in disaster. If you have unwanted clothes, just send them to those people in disaster. If someone is trapped in snow storm, just give him a hand. If someone is hungry and thirsty in snow storm, just give him some food. If someone falls down in snow, just hold him up. And we do it for free; we do it not ask for return. I believe that if one day we need help, they will help us too.
The snow storm has no love, but we have love; the snow storm is cold, but we are warm; the snow storm is terrible, but we will try our best to overcome it, and we will overcome it.

What a disaster(灾难)!So far,it's reported that more than 60,000 people died in the SiChuan earthquake.What's more, millions of people there have become homeless.And they are still in the danger of illness and other difficulties. Anyway, thanks to all the kind people, in and abroad,the situation has been changing well.But we still work hard at it,especially to build houses for those homeless people and cure the injured people.
What can we do now? Besides doing our own job well,we can donate money to them.We firmly believe that with the party and the government's strong leadership, and with the people of all nationalities throughout the country to aid,this earthquake relief will be a victory!

I and Olympic Games
Olympic Games is window, I keep watch. This is a maximum window, had been rubbed bright. Through it, those that see are worlds. Here, it is changing every day, here burgeoning thing is being replaced. Have only me, this loyalty keep watch, it is paying attention to it every day, hopes to know it more. On average, a powerful earthquake occurs less than once every two years. At least 40 moderate earthquakes cause damage somewhere in the world each year. About 40,000 to 50,000 small earthquakes--large enough to be felt but not damaging--occur annually.
