English is more important now. But it is difficult for many students to study it. Now I make some suggestion, maybe can help you.

English loudly. Many students know many grammars, but talking with others is hard. So reading is very important. It can make progress

Nowadays there are more and more people who learn English. And how to improve oral English is a question raised in many English learners. Different people have different opinions on this matter. In my mind, there are three steps to figure it out. First and foremost, you should have the determination to study oral English and the confidence to master it, which can make you practice oral English with zeal and pride. Secondly, you ought to find a oral English test with tapes, so you can correct your pronunciation. Besides you are able to pratice oral English whenever you want. Last but not least, you have to blurt out whatever you can speak to practice your Enlish, no matter whether you are in English corner or come across a foreigner on ther road. You can use every possible means to use Enlish orally.
If you can do all the things as I just mentioned, I believe you can make it in the end.

一英语听力的注意事项
（1）领到试卷后应迅速浏览听力部分，尽快根据题干和选项预测可能出现的录音内容，努力寻求选项之间的差别，提高捕捉信息的准确度。
（2）听力测试的时间是预先设定的，通常为12分钟左右。因此，要培养抢记内容的能力，如人名、地名、时间、数字等。特别是对那些一时拿不准、写不出的词要学会用音标或缩写词作快速记录，以便在录音结束后为自己创造追忆的条件。
二英语如何联系听力
（1）你阅读都看不懂的东西，不认识的词，你听多少遍都是听不懂的。一个从来没有见过的词，你听一遍，顶多通过上下文进行猜词，但是如果一句话中好几个词都不认识，那猜词也不好使了。从这个层面来说，听力和阅读是相通的，必须拥有牢固的词汇量基础。
（2）背单词的时候，一定要读出声音来背！通过把单词读出声，我们可以极大地强化对这个单词的发音记忆，同时在不知不觉中牢牢地建立起发音和含义的联结。读得多了，自己听自己的发音也多了，以后听到这个词，反应速度也会极大提升。

You'll soon know if you have made a mistake!Keep something English on you (book, newspaper or magazine, cd or cassette, set of flashcards) all day and every day, you never know when you might have 5 spare minutes.If you are too tired to actively practice just relax and listen to an English pop song or talk radio station.
How to study English well is a very complicated question, especially for students.
In china, as students we have not enough opportunities to communicate with native speaker. Usually we study English in classes from high school, obviously it is not enough. But nowadays it is a impossible work to change this situation, so how to study English well in this case? I have some ideas though I am not a good student.
Firstly we should try our best to grasp a great amount of new words ,which is the most important thing. Just like beginning our own language, we should have the words tool to build up the sentences and articles. There are many approaches to recite new words, while my advice is to find an excellent dictionary: English-English dictionary. From it you will learn and understand how to use these words well according to English habits.
Secondly today we have many ways to get multi-media dates from TV show, movies, internet and radio. All of them will help us just our pronunciation and accent and make us speak more like a native speakers. Because these dates are the latest, we can learn and touch the most popular and local English.
Last but not least class is still a important mean for us to study English. We have professional teachers to teach us not only how to speak, but also how to write, read and listen. These skills are so essential for us.
