-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering or related technical areas or Equivalent direct experience
-5+ years of direct Network Telecommunications experience ideally in local and international telecommunications
-Exceptional time-management, multi-tasking, and delegating skills, ability to stay focused to meet deadlines and commitments
-Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin for China)
-Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills
-Ability to identify and quickly resolve problems impacting customers
-Focused on customer responsiveness and the ability to generate customer confidence
-MS Project, VISIO, MS Office skills
-Continuing education in Project Management or accreditation by public Project Management institutes would be an added advantages
