英语作文：My favorite person
My favourite person is my father.My father is a manager of a company.He always tells me to work hard in the school. After dinner,he sits at the table and reads some books.I ask him why he is so hardworking when he leave the school.Then everytime he tells me if we want to get more and more clever, we must learn more knowledge.I love my father and will also work hard.
My favourite person is my mother.She is a kind woman.She always frienfly to everybody.My mother is _____(职业）.She works from Monday to Friday, she always very busy. She likes_____（兴趣爱好，记住like后面的动词要加ing）. She always gets up early in the morning，then she cooks nice breakfast for my father and me. She looks after me very well,and if I have some questions in my homework,she will help me.I love my mother very much.
Everyone has his or her favorite persons. These favorite persons are like their mentors and best friends, always teach them what are right and what are wrong. A favorite person can provide guidance and set good examples for many people.
Here, I want to talk about my favorite person. My favorite person is my father. My father is a doctor. He works in the Center Hospital of the city. Usually he is very busy because there are always many patients need help, so he always stays late at work. He always likes helping other people, whether inside or outside the hospital. So, just like him, I also learned to enjoy helping other people. He always tells me that when you help other people, you are helping the society, because the people who received help will help other people. If everyone helps everyone, this society will be a much better society.
In his spare time, my father likes reading newspapers and he reads it every night. He also likes reading books. He has many books and many of them are medical books. He showed me that you can gain a lot of knowledge by reading, and he taught me reading when I was very little. From these books, I learned many things.
So, now you understand why my father is my best favorite person. Because he is a good teacher: he let me understand the good of helping people, and he taught me the importance of reading. He is also my best friend because we talk about everything.
I hope your favorite person is also your best friend and mentor, and you also are learning a lot from him or her.
I love my mother. She had a pair of mild eyes, wears long hair, looks very nice. My mother loves me very much, she will be in my frustration get disheartened when I comfort, give me courage; give me the homework; when I am sick, she took care of me. I like my mother.

I am very lucky I have such a good grandma. I want to study hard and take her to big cities when I grow up.
