虽然都用了want 但前者里waiting跟want 没直接联系，只是一个后置定语
而后者里的marry 和you 一起跟want 搭配在一起，为一个不定式短语，所以要加to

want这个词可以做及物动词 当想要讲 后面可以直接接名词 比如 i want an apple. 另外一种用法就是后面接动词 那么这个时候就需要加to 比如 i want to go to school.
很多情况下名词前都不使用the啊 只有是上文当中提到的 以及由普通名词构成的专有名词 以及世界上独一无二的东西 比如 地球 月亮等时 才用定冠词the
