求一篇80词英语作文~

抱歉,自己改成现在时吧English is my favorite subject and I once won a second prize in Sichuan English Reading Comprehension Competition for Middle School Students. Now I'm good at English and one of the best students at English in our senior grade one . [Now I think I can use English better and I am one of the students in the class who do best in English examinations. ] . How did I learn English？

First， I read a lot of English， beginning from junior time [the time when I was a junior middle school student ]. I read many English stories and jokes. I didn't get bored because the stories and jokes were interesting. Thus I have got to be more and more interested in English and learned a lot of the language through reading widely.

Second， I have kept a diary in English. I just write down what I do， what I see and what I think of every day. I try my best to express myself in the most simple words. In this way Ihave improved my writing ability a lot. On the other hand， this diary writing has also helped me to form the habit to think in English.

English is becoming more and more important under the trend of globalization, especially for us who often need to read a number of academic thesis in English and will work in the filed of IT finally.

However, my English is not as good as I wish it were actually. I have learned English for over ten years, but focus the most time and energy on preparing for English exam, so that I didn’t grasp how to use English really.

In my opinion, there are several reasons as following. Firstly, I can’t stick to learning English by myself. To tell the truth, I spent little time learning English unless there is an English examination. Secondly, I have no opportunity to talk with other people in English, and it’s seemed that there is no use of English in my life except passing the examination before I become a postgraduate.

The present situation already differed from the before, I should read plenty of academic paper in English to get more information and knowledge in my research field. It’s heard that we should always communicate with foreign consumers and partners in English in the work. Therefore, it’s urgent for me to take efforts to improve my English. I will write no less than one piece of English blog each week on average and do more other practice to improve my English listening, speaking, reading, writing skill.

I firmly believe that I’ll master English freely by my hard work and persistence in the near future.

In the modern society there have a great number of girls prefer sliming and then their body cannot maintain this state,meanwhile some of them eat junk food and drink beverage that is a physically harmful behavior.in the next paragraph i'm going to analyze my views and then deliver my verdict.
sliming is become a trend and some of girls concentrate on beauty,they ignore health problems a lot.they eat junk food and drink beverage to keep their figure that is most stupid active,that cannot make them slim even make them fat and weakness.
In my perspective,i suggest them give up sliming and grab the healthy life-style

The significance of learning English Everybody knows that English is the most widely used international language of today. It is spoken by more than half of the people of the world. Some speak English as their own language, and some speak it as a second language. By learning English we can enlarge our mental horizons and increase our knowledge because we shall have a better chance of reading a wide variety of books, newspapers, and magazines. English is also useful in other different fields of life such as business and commerce. Indeed, many businessmen build their success upon their good knowledge of English. Students sometimes study their subjects in English. Businessmen use English at their meetings; scientists and doctors write articles in English; tourists speak English when they go abroad, it helps them enjoy their trips and communicate with other people to develop better understanding and establish new friendships. Moreover, English helps us follow television programs and enjoy interesting films, and read the literature of other people. English is particularly important in the fields of science and technology. There are many scientific books that we shall not be able to enjoy without a good knowledge of English. Besides, technology of the modern world is, as a matter of fact, available in English. We would be completely ignorant of many scientific facts without knowledge of English. From what we have said, one can say that English is learnt for both benefit and enjoyment. It is, in a word, a way to success not only in examinations but also in life, for this reason, students learn English - not only to pass their examinations but also to enjoy the pleasures of life. We can summarize the reason for wanting to learn English in that nothing can be done, without it. Especially with regards to dealing with computers and modern technology, such as the internet. Without English, one is closed to those linguistic items which render us capable of entering the modern technological world. In the open times if you want to do business with foreigners, you have to learn English, for most of them speak and write English. English is one of the working languages at international meetings. If you know English you can understand people from other countries better and you can also do what you should do for the world peace. English is taught in most of the schools of our country, but many students don't know why they should learn it.
