意思是电脑对改网络未识别，无internet访问。
具体步骤如下：
1、电脑桌面图标找到网络，右键点击网络—属性。
2、点击更改适配器设置。
3、右键点击本地连接—属性。
4、打开internet 协议版本 4（TCP/IPv4）。
5、手动设置ip地址，子网掩码，默认网关，首选DNS服务器，最后确定。
我们现在已经步入了信息化的时代，电脑已经普及全球。想一想当我们打开电脑时我们应该怎么样呢！网络把世界连成了一家。给我们带来了许多好处和坏处。上网可以让我们获得更多的知识，让我们更加聪明，提高我们的社交能力，让我们学会更强的体现语言表达能力。我们上网还可以查资料，读美文了解世界的信息，让我们的知识更加渊博……但是，上网的好处很多，坏处也不少。每当我们打开电脑。看到那些充满血腥的网络游戏，看见那些精彩炫色的画面。会让一些抵抗能力差的青少年误入歧途，走上杀人抢劫的犯罪道路。人如果长期上网的话，会导致视网膜脱落，双目失明，学习一落千丈，甚至会发生猝死等危险状况。网络就像一张大网不要让这张大网，把你网在里面。我们的面前就是无底深渊。离它只有一念之差。同学们！退一步海阔天空，让我们上网前先调整好心态，不要让网络绑住手脚，不要让我们掉进那无底深渊……网络给我们带来的有欢乐，也有痛苦，有好处也有坏处。让我们把握住尺寸，让网络带给我们的只有知识和快乐吧！让我们健康的在信息化的时代里成长吧！把握住自己就是把握住自己的未来，让我们的明天更加美好吧！对我有帮助！

As the development of the Internet, nowadays, people can share the information in a quick way. People have the access to the instance news and can give their opinions on the Internet. But we see from these years that as there is no rule to supervise the Internet, some people use this stage to attack others. The most famous example is that a famous Korean female star killed herself because of the rumor from the network. Though network allows us express our opinion, we should not attack others.
