我最应该感恩的是我的父亲，他给了我太多的帮助。学习上，他给我细心地讲解难题；生活上，他给我无微不至的照顾，做人上，他那语重心长的教导让我永远难忘。
在学习上，他对我严格要求，每次考完试的卷子，他总要和我一起分析错题原因，告诉我哪应该注意，哪题不应该错。每次分析完后，他总对我说，错过的题下次千万不能再错，不能马马虎虎的，每道题都应该严格认真思考，保证做一道对一首。我总是点点头，表明我已经记住了这些话。父亲对我严格要求，就是想让我好好学习，不断提升自己。我也会更加努力，不辜负父亲的心意。
在生活中，父亲尽全力地给我创造好的条件，上了初中，父亲为了让我每天上学方便，不但搬了家，还给我买了辆自行车。吃穿上，更是无微不至的照顾。父亲给我创造了这么好的条件，使我丰衣足食，为的就是让我能在一个好的环境里，更加安心地去学习。我也会刻苦学习，让父母满意。
做人上，父亲对我的教导是最多的，有一次，我和同学闹了矛盾，互相打了起来。父亲知道这事后，回到家让我先把这事说清，再干其它事。他让我先找自己身上的原因，自己哪做错了。我把事情告诉他后，他语重心长地说：“你也不小了，还和同学闹矛盾，这件事主要是你的错误，你应该把心放宽，不要为了自己的利益而伤害别人，这样损人也不利已。更不应该打架了，遇到矛盾要讲道理，君子动口不动手，你要好好反思”。父亲对我教导了将近一个多小时。这样做，是为了让我学会如何待人处事，让我今后在激烈的社会竞争中生存下来，这番教导，我终身难忘。
“滴水之恩当涌泉相报”父亲在学习上，生活中，做人上对我的帮助是无尽的，我应该不辜负他的期望，好好学习，勤奋努力，将来报答父母。
