in terms of同about用法意思是否差不多????~

当“关于”讲的时候意思差不多。但是用法不太一样。

是连词，“就……而言”的意思，但它和and but不一样！有些连词是链接句子的，有些是链接短语的！具体做什么成分我也不是很清楚，没必要这么细究！
