My Lifestyle
I have a healthy liyestyle.I'm pretty healthy. I exercise every day usually when I come home after school. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I drink milk every day. It's very delisious. I never drink coffce.Of course, I love junk food too. And I eat it once or twice a week. Oh, I sleep nine hours every night.So you see, I look after my health. I often get good grades. Healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.
My lifestyle
I'm a middle school student.And I have a good lifestyle.I exercise every day.And l sometimes play basketball with my friends.Because I think No sports,no life.My eating habits are pretty good.I eat vetetables and fruit every day,but I don't like drink milk,I try to drink milk four or five times a week.Of course,I love junk food so much.Before,I always eat junk food,but I try to eat junk food once or twice a month.I never drink coffee.Oh,I sleep eight hours every night.Do you like my lifestyle?
中文意思：我是一个中学生。我有一个健康的生活方式：我每天都运动，我有时候会和我的朋友去打篮球，因为我相信，生命在于运动。我的饮食习惯也很好：我每一天都吃蔬菜和水果，但我不喜欢牛奶，但我尝试每个星期喝四到五次牛奶。当然，我非常喜欢垃圾食品，以前，我经常吃垃圾食品，但我尝试每个月只吃两次垃圾食品。我从来不喝咖啡。喔，我每天晚上都要睡觉八个小时。

Many people like reading books, chatting with friends online, or even staying at home, watching TV the whole day. Those people who prefer not to go out are quiet.
I would rather stay at home than take part in the activities sometimes. However, to a certain extent, going out for fun is much more interesting than doing homework. I have many hobbies, such as playing the piano, singing songs and devoting myself to various social activities.
Life is colorful, we hope that we can control it freely. In my opinion,most of students now belong to the second type. A man who is famous should be easygoing and modest, though.
Everyone has his or her lifestyle, different people have varieties of styles, too. As to lifestyle, （From my own perspective）maybe there are two types. One is quiet and shy, the other is outgoing.
