人的一生中会遇到许多老师，父母是我们成长中不可缺少的老师，然后随着年龄的增长，我们走进学校。从此，老师便走进我们的生活中，成为我们一生中不可缺少的一部分。
每个老师都是不同的，虽然老师是好的，但是也没有一个老师是十全十美的。
他们不需要有漂亮的容貌，但一定要和蔼的面对所有的学生；他们不需要有过多的话语，只要让所有的同学感到大家庭的温暖；他们不需要过多的赞美自己作为“父母”的好，而是以自己的每时每刻的做为驳得他人的尊敬；他们不需要任何回报，便无私的将自己的所有知识传递给每一位学生……
他们应该是博学多才的人，可以在课堂上回答我们这些刚用眼睛去发现世界，刚用语言去述说世界，刚用文字去描绘世界………的幼稚儿童所提出的问题的人。把我们提出的问题回答得有理有据，让我们明白得恍然大悟的人。
我们是一群无知的孩子，我们对周围的事物充满好奇，我们都有自己小小的梦想，也有那些“伟大”的理想，我们会把那些在大人的眼中非常幼稚的游戏重复的玩上万次，也不会把那些在大人的眼中非常好玩的游戏玩一次。
我心中的好老师还要具有善于发现别人优点的眼睛，恰倒好处的发现、创造每一位学生的优点，让学生去发现：“原来每一位老师都是那么的平易近人。”然后以学生们对老师的信赖来鼓舞学生们朝自己真正的伟大理想而努力。我想一位好老师最应该具备的教学品质应该是有一颗热爱教学，热爱同学的心，这样他们才会真正投身于他所热爱的教学事业中，才能成为一位好老师。
我心中的好老师是我们值得尊敬的且让人们感谢爱戴的。他们如海边夜空中的灯塔，为彻夜未归的渔夫照亮回家的道路；如人生道路中的指路人，为我们在前进的道路中指明的方向……
时间过得可真快，转眼间，我升到了五年级了，教过我的老师有许多，有和蔼的；有亲切的；有幽默的；还有深情的。
我就讲位最深情的老师吧！那当然就是我们现在的语文任课老师――连老师，连老师读课文非常有感情，而且教我们也非常的认真，连老师最厉害的就是作文了。
连老师读书时真是出神入化呀！记得今年开学的第一天，我们学的第一课是《窃读记》老师叫我们全体同学朗诵一遍，可我们却朗诵得一点感情都没有，连老师听了对我们说：“你们也听听我是怎样朗读的。”说完他便读起来，“转过街角，看见饭店的招牌……”连老师一直有感情的读着，有时声音小小的渐渐的有大了起来，我被连老师这有感情的朗读吸引住了，渐渐的我的眼前出现了一幅画，仿佛我就是那位小女孩仿佛我正在看着一本有趣的书，我似乎在做梦。不久，老师读完了，我也从“梦”中醒来了，连老师读的可真好！
还有，一次，我们正要写一篇名字叫，《我美丽的校园》时，我就想：写校园呀！多平凡的事物呀，可是要怎样才能写好呢？我正苦恼着。这时连老师开始教导我们了，他说：“写这篇作文可以有好几个参考点，有新教学楼，操场、花坛还可以写雕塑，空中花园呀！比如像我这样写……”连老师继续往下讲了下去，这可真是出口成章呀！真厉害，我得向连老师好好学习一下。
我想对连老师说
：“您像一根蜡烛，把所有的火光和温暖都给了我们，自己却只剩下了一堆蜡油，感谢您，您辛苦了！
As a college student,I am afraid of my future job,especially these two years.There are more and more colleages while less and less job place to meet.It is said that ten students complete for only one job.We all know that ecnomic crisis in the whole world lead to many unemployment.As a result,this is the main reason.But when the ecnomic crisis didn't come,there are also many students have difficuly in their job hunting.our Country has made a lot of opportunities for us.Generally speaking,many people can find their job.But a lot of college students think they are highly educated.So they should fit for high salary job.However,they lack of work experience.After all,many company hope to find a worker with much experience and this kind job is not so common.In addition,specialty which students major in is not according with the job's requirement.Lots of companies want to recruit the workers connected with their specialty.
However,we should not be prevented by these problems.Here,I have some suggestions.First,we should change the way of our job hunting.We should find job no matter how much the salary is.As long as we have our own job,we can acquire much useful knowleage by working.If we do well,then we can relize our ideal futher more.Also,we can attend some training class for the job.By this way we can find a job easily.
我站在镜子前看着里面自己的脸蛋：乌黑亮丽的短发，胖嘟嘟的脸蛋，炯炯有神的大眼睛，高挺的鼻梁，一张能说会道的嘴旁边两个深深陷下去的梨窝。就这样普通的一张脸而已，不高挑也不奇特，只是带着一丝俏皮的气息。谁叫我是个乐天派，整天嘻嘻哈哈的呢。
但是，我也有不同之处。
我喜欢看书，若是不用上学我可以连续看上一整天。那些书的主人公一一印在我的脑海。在《我们班的博客——四年级进行时》我在想，为什么同学们总是反感黄老师呢？黄老师只不过是严格了些。同学们又是如何应对那堆积如山的作业量？在《卖火柴的小女孩》中，那个小女孩是如此可怜。疼爱她的亲人去世了，面对的是可怕的父亲。光着脚丫在冰天雪地的大街上卖火柴，她是如此的辛酸，却又不得不这么做。相比之下的我们，丰衣足食，或者爸爸妈妈呵护的日子。我们难道不应该好好学习，还要有什么不满吗？在《爱德华的奇妙之旅》《银顶针的夏天》《海底两万里》《骆驼祥子》……我都明白了许多，看懂了许多。惋惜着，行动着。
我喜欢交友，在学校我有着很多朋友，他们没有相像之处，但他们仗义，热情，可爱，大方，没有一处不让人夸赞。我把书借给他们看，他们把书借给我看，一个一个借下去，很多人都可以看到这本书。当朋友遇到困难，就应该伸出援助之手。等你有困难，他也就会帮助你了。
