英语作文my wonder vacation
My Robot
At New Year's Eve my aunt got me that robot, a monkey robot, almost lifelike.
The first few days we got along just fine. I put three batteries into the device and made it roam about the floor. I moved on my knees to follow the pace of my ,though lifeless, brother. We never got apart. I couldn't even allow others to touch it.
Things became unclear when my robot refused to work. Either through some overuse or certain inevitable clash, my "brother" began to wither and die. Tears stung my eyes. This time I know sometimes there's nothing one can do to save something that must die.
写作思路：根据题目要求，可以以生活中某个相关事情作为主题，最后总结自己的感受。
It's very hot today. I feel muggy when I get up early in the morning. After breakfast, my mother asked me to accompany her to buy vegetables, and I didn't go either.
今天非常炎热，一大早起床就感觉闷热的难受。吃完早饭妈妈让我陪同她去买菜我也没去。
Because it was so hot, I felt my fingers sweating outward.
因为实在是太热了，感觉动一下手指头身上都在向外冒汗。
In the afternoon, I went to the city library to read books all afternoon.
下午到市图书馆看了一下午的书。
Because the library has air conditioning to blow, and there are too many books than at home. By the way, I checked the data of total solar eclipse.
因为图书馆有空调可以吹，而且书也比家里的多太多了。顺便查了一下日全食的资料。
作文如下：
I really had a meaningful vacation. I tried to finish doing my homework as soon as possible so that I could have lots of spare time. I spent three days with my grandparents and helped them do some housewokk.
我真的度过了一个有意义的假期。我试图尽快完成我的家庭作业，这样我就可以有很多空闲时间。我和祖父母呆了三天，帮他们做家务活。
I also visited my old friends and went to to the park with them. Besides, I learnt how to play tennis and it was really cool.
我还拜访了我的老朋友，并和他们一起去了公园。此外，我还学会了打网球，这真的很酷。
What's more, I reviewed my lessons , prepared new lessons and read some interesting books. What a wonderful vacation I had.
更重要的是，我复习了功课，准备了新课，读了一些有趣的书。我度过了一个多么美好的假期。

I am sure I will have a happy vacation.
