i would like to be a teacher in future. because i think sharing knowledge with others is the best working experience, and i like to spend my time with students. therefore, i hope i can be a teacher in future.

I am glad to write this letter in response to your survey on what I am going to be when I leave school. To be honest with you, I am interested in many professions. Because I think no matter what I do, I can make my own contribution to the society in my unique way. However, just like anyone else, I have a profession which I would like to do the most.
First of all, I would like to be a doctor. Because I think it is great to be someone who can save others' lives and help ease their pain. Although it's a challenge for me to do all the injections and surgeries, I still have confidence in myself to be an excellent doctor.
I would also like to be a teacher. Because I think education in itself is a very grand profession. And to be with the students is just a very special experience for me. They will in return help keep me stay young.
Besides the professions stated above, I have a wish to be an actor, too. But it is a dream of mine which is the most difficult to achieve. I don't know whether I've got a talent or not. I just feel like acting.
Anyway I still have faith in me and believe that as long as I would like to try step by step and make up my mind, I will eventually success. But what I have to do is to study hard from now on and learn as much knowledge as possible. Since that is the basic for any profession.

Dough sculpting is an old tradition of creating sculptures from soft dough. Basic recipe for dough is 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup table salt, 6 tablespoons water. Flour and salt are mixed with water by hands or pastry blender in a mixing bowl and then knead thoroughly until dough is pliable. Keep the dough in a plastic bag to keep it from becoming crusty, and take out only as much as you need for each part of sculpture.
Dough can be made into small plaques and you can make anything you like from dough:
animals, flowers or any other shapes you can think of. The shapes are made by rolling out some dough until it is about thickness of piecrust. Paper patterns are laid on dough and then cut around the outline of each piece with a paring knife, then brushed over with canned milk.
After they have been moulded to the desired shape the finished pieces are baked in a kitchen oven until they are dry and hard. Baked dough creations painted in bright (edible) colors look just like ceramic and will make excellent presents in the form of edible souvenirs.
