I haven't felt as ill as I do now for a long time 怎么层层理解？

你看我现在做事的样子，已经很长时间完全没有病怏怏的状态了
其实I haven't felt as ill as I do now for a long time里面的I do就是I feel的意思，是为了避免跟前面重复，也就是I haven't felt as ill as I feel now for a long time。大概意思就是“我很久都没象现在这么难受/不舒服了。
意思是我很久以来没有像现在这样感觉不舒服了。haven't felt是现在完成时，as ill as I do now像现在这样感觉不舒服，for a long time在很长一段时间内。
I主 haven't felt系 as ill表 as I do now for a long time状语从句。
I do(=feel ill)
我已经很久没有像现在这么难受了。
