Today I have the third topic"A healthy lifestyle".In the pre-listening work on questions about"how to maitain a healthy lifestyle",I search the internet and have the following results:
1'Aim for a fruit and veg a day.2'Be active in your lifestyle.3'Base meals on starchy foods.4'Take activity in active leisure.5'Check out more low-fat choices.What a shame was that i took part in the research as to see wheter i am leading a healthy life.I am totally in bad condition.So i am just thinking make a little change and improve my life.
Brif introduction about the topic:It mainly concerns about a conversation between the wife and husband.While talking about his joining the basketball team in his company,the women showed doubt in his idea becuse of his poor condition.And the man argue that he was not so out of shape and he was a star player in high school.The woman poured scorned on his words but not to let him abandon his determination.Just provided him with several suggestions:have a healthier diet 、take a physical、strenghen his muscels as well as do more excersises to fit his cardiovascular system.
