详解：
1.考察句型it's time we do something
2.考察词组。。。as。。。was
3.考察词意name after，以某人命名。

这是个固定句型。
对，second在这里是“秒”的意思， in a few seconds是几秒后，也常译成“一会儿，片刻”
选A 高一的题目，我做过。但记不太清了，原因大概是这样的。It's time for sb.to do 和it's time to do 这两个是知道的吧，楼主。然后这里是it's time we 不是刚才提到的那两个，具体什么原因我忘了，反正只要不是刚才提到的那两个，后面的句子都是用过去式的，其他比如完成时什么的都是错的。
