what是疑问代词，通常的用法与第三人称单数类似，根据主谓一致，主语是第三人称单数，谓语要使用第三人称单数变形形式。
不仅是what,包括很多疑问代词都用第三人称单数

1.What has happened?
has done现在完成时，强调对现在的影响。
I lost my key and i can't open the door.
我丢了我的钥匙，然后我不能开门啦。
而What happened?
则不对，不应有影响，只是过去发生了什么。。

What has...这是现在完成时啊，
What have you done.你都了些什么。
What has she said to you.她都对你说什么了

不是个固定句型。

what相当于主语，has brought是完成时。

what has 并不是一个搭配.
has是和后面的brought搭配的.
has done 是现在完成时

芝嵇华适： 两个其实都可以的,第一个是过去式的提问,即在你身上(过去)发生了什么? 第二个是完成时的提问,即在你身上(已经)发生了什么.从语法上看两个都可以,但因为时态的不同所以问的侧重点也不同,回答方式也不一样(体现在时态上).
