英语中的就近原则和就远原则都有哪些？要翻译。~

一、就近原则
1、在here, there等引导的倒装句中, 当主语不止一个，此时谓语动词与最靠近它的主语在数上一致喔。
例：
Here comes the bus. 巴士过来了。
There is a pencil and several photos on the desk. 桌上有一支铅笔和几张图片。
2、连词or, either... or..., neither…nor..., not only…but also 等连接的并列主语, 谓语动词只与靠近它的主语在数上一致哈。
例：
Either you or he knows something about the task. 要么你，要么他知道此任务的相关情况。
Neither I nor he plays cards.我和他都没打牌.
二、就远原则
当主语后面接上as well as, accompanied by, including, in addition to, more than,together with等引导的词组时，这些词组其实根本不影响最前面主语本身的单复数形式。
例：
She,as well as the other students in the classroom, is jumping with joy.她和教室里其他学生一样开心地跳起来。
Michael Jordan,together with his teammates, has set a record in NBA. 迈克尔乔丹和他的队友们，已经一起创造了NBA的一个记录。

1、There be句型
当there be后有两个或几个并列的主语时，be的单复数与其靠得最近的那个主语一致。
There is an apple,a pear and two bananas in the bag.
句意：盘子里有一个苹果，一个梨子和两个香蕉。
解析：an apple最靠近be的位置，an apple是单数，所以谓语用is。
There are two bananas,an apple and a pear in the bag.
句意：盘子里有两个香蕉，一个苹果和一个梨子。
解析：two bananas最靠近be的位置，two bananas是复数，所以谓语用are
2、Neither...nor...既不……也不……
Neither you nor he is engineer.
Neither he nor you are engineer.
解析：由于you最靠近谓语，所以充当谓语的be动词用are。这两个句子意思相同：你和他都不是工程师。

带有结构either...or neither...nor there...be not only ...but also here...be的句子中谓语采用就近原则
就近原则就是根据与谓语动词最近的名词的可数性而确定谓语动词的变化行式。例如：Not only his parents but also his brother has gone to beijing .They haven't been back .其中主语是复数，而has 就运用了就近原则，brother 是单数，它与has（由have变来） 最近，所以用has 。
最简单的例子。
There is an apple and two bananaes.
这里苹果是单数。香蕉是复数。
但是由于苹果离There be 近所以就近。BE的选用就根据离他近的苹果来判断。
只有一个苹果嘛。就用单数is咯。
你要是最简单的懂了。
等你学到其他的就近原则时就很简单啦。
其实这个难就难在你不知道那些词是要就近的。

就近原则即：谓语与靠近的名词、代词（有时不一定是主语）在“人称、数”上一致。
用的时候分两种情况：
I.
在正式文体中：
1.由下列词语连接的并列主语："there be＋句型; or ; either …or；nor; neither…nor；whether…or；not…but; not only…but also" ; 等。e.g. ①What he does or what he says does not concern me . 他的行为或言谈都与我无关。 ②Neither you nor I am wrong . 你和我都没错。 ③Not you but your father is to blame . 不是你，而是你父亲该受责备。 ④Not only you but(also) he is wrong .不仅你错了，他也错了。
2. 在倒装句中：谓语可与后面第一个主语一致。e.g. ①In the distance was heard the clapping of hands and the shouts of the people . 在远处，能听见鼓掌声和人们的呼喊声。 ②There is (are) a pen and some books on the desk .桌上有一支钢笔和几本书。
II.
非正式文体中： 有时依“就近一致原则”，但也可依“意义一致原则”或严格地依“语法一致原则”。e.g. Neither she nor I were there (意义一致) 我和他当时都不在那儿。（非正式） Neither she nor I was there .（就近一致）（译文同上句）（正式） 但是，如果依“就近一致原则”而与其他两项原则相矛盾时，则常常认为是不太合符规范的。e.g. No one except his own supporters agree with him .仅他自己的支持者同意他的意见。（依“就近”和“意义”一致的原则；但语法上，“No one ”才是主语，谓语要改成“agrees”。“写作中”一般要依“语法一致”原则。

就近原则
：
A or B +动词
Either A or B +动词
Neither A nor B +动词
Not only A but also B +动词
其中，动词的单复数要看B这个名词的单复数。如：
Either you or I am wrong.
Neither you nor he is wrong.
以下情况主语与谓语之间要求
就远原则
：
A with/ besides / but +B + 动词
A together with +B + 动词
A as well as + B +动词
A no less than +B +动词
其中，动词与A主语一致。如：
John as well as you is wrong.
The captain with his men was saved.
Helen no less than her sisters is beautiful.
The bat together with the balls was stolen.
Nobody but John and Helen was absent.
