Many grammatical rules in the English language function in much the same way that those in the Chinese langusge do.从句里in the Chinese language 是介词短语做定语修饰those. 所以从句可以化简为the same way that those do. 这样还不清楚吗？those 表示中文里那些相同的语法规则，做从句主语。这里的关系词that 还可以省略。至于主句不用说了吧，function 谓语，much 副词作状语修饰same.
从句不缺成分。talking是现在分词，are talking about是现在进行时。
