Reading A Bright Way to A Better Life为题写作文
One of the most popular self-help books ever written on depression is Feeling Good by Dr. David Burns. He identifies several cognitive distortions the depressed suffer from. One of them is Overgeneralization. This is the practice of “viewing a single negative event as a never-ending pattern of defeat.” If you lose your job, suddenly you are worthless and you will never amount to anything. If you look at your 401(k) statement and you’ve lost 35% of your nest egg, suddenly you’ll never be able to retire and you’ll have to be a Walmart greeter when you’re 85 years old. When things are bad, it feels like everything is bad and they’ll always be bad.
One of the simplest, most enjoyable and most effective ways to improve your outlook and rise above the depressing headlines is to daydream — visualize a better life. In Robert Cooper’s book, Get Out of Your Own Way, he says “Brain scans show that simply imagining a complex and compelling goal will actually fire the same neurons that will be required to actually achieve the goal.” Daydreaming is definitely not just for kids. Spend a few minutes every day imagining your ideal life. You don’t have to write anything down if you don’t want to, just visualize it. Make it as real as you can.
If you want to get fancy, I recommend you DreamBoard. It’s something I’ve written about in The Six Day Financial Makeover as well as my free ebook, Plan Z, but I think it bears repeating. DreamBoarding is the process of creating a visual scrapbook of your ideal life. Why pictures? Our mind thinks and remembers in pictures. We remember faces but forget names. When we read a story, we create a visual image of the characters and the situation. The great communicators use language to create mental images. A picture can communicate much more quickly and efficiently than a word or a thought.
Changes in My life（我生活的变化）
There have been
many changes in my life. With the development of the economy, my life is better
off. For clothing, I have spare money to buy all sorts of pretty clothes. But in
the past, there were fewer clothes in my wardrobe. For food, I usually had
traditional Chinese food for every meal, rice, noodles or a steamed bun.
Nowadays, I can afford any delicious food, including western food. For housing,
I moved from a cramped and gloomy room to a big and bright flat. For getting
around, I rode an old bike on my way to work a year ago. At present, I drive my
private car to travel. I believe my life will become better in the near future
From reading these outstanding works we can feel the author is how to think about life, how to face life, to explore the value of life, and then can sublimate our emotions, cause our wisdom, enhance the content of life, the ultimate success of our life, make our life more beautiful.
The book is a good medicine, can heal our wounds, and then, from reading, I learned tolerance In the book, I realized the true meaning of life, life is a struggle, struggle is a difficult process, is an unforgettable experience, is our life in a beautiful scenery line, no smile life is painful, there is no bright life is dark,
there is no hope in life is terrible,
but if no struggle of life is miserable. By reading I know how to fight, do a good job in their own work is the struggle;We learn facing difficulties in stead of retreating. in the life having courage to face is the struggle.
Let us reading! Itmakes us more confident, mature, make life more beautiful, more brilliant future.

And I want to say that not every love reading people can become scholars,
but the people who don't read must not become scholar.

书籍是一味良药，可以治愈我们的心伤，于是，从阅读中，我学会了宽容
在书中，我领悟到了生命的真谛，生命在于奋斗，奋斗是一个艰苦的过程，是一次难忘的经历，也是我们人生中一道美丽的风景线，没有微笑的人生是痛苦的，没有光明的人生是黑暗的，没有希望的人生是可怕的，而没有奋斗的人生是悲惨的。在书中，我明白了如何去奋斗，做好自己的本职工作是奋斗；在学习中遇到困难不退缩是奋斗；在生活中勇于面对也是奋斗。
阅读吧！它让我们更自信，成熟，让人生更美好，未来更辉煌。
