An Ideal Teacher
An ideal teacher might be anyone who is teaching, no matter how young or old, how tall or short, how fat or thin he might be.
But an ideal teacher must be enthusiastic. He must never teach anythingthe is not interested in. He should be a little bi of an actor and he should not be afraid of showing his feelings and expressing his likes and dislikes. He must like his students and respect them, but he must also respect himself and take pride in his work. Otherwise, he can not respect his students. An ideal teacher should have an understanding of his students and be able to relate to them. He should regard his students as individuals and acknowledge their differences. He must know how to encourage the self-development and growth of each of his students.
All in all, an ideal teacher is one who is kind, encouraging and helpful to his students. He grows, learns and improves himself along with his students.

是以应试为主，为了应付各种以笔试为主的英语考试，在多年的英语学习过程中，老师给学生教授更多的是词汇和语法方面的知识，能运用英语流畅地进行交流的学生人数并不是很多。“哑巴”英语已经越来越成为学习英语最大的障碍。
说到底，英语口语是一种技能，尤其是依照当前经济的发展趋势，我国与国际的交流越来越紧密，学习实用的口语知识，可以应对工作、商务、出国等方面遇到的问题。
作为现代都市人，我们没有理由回避或者拒绝学习英语口语，反而应该尽早学习，掌握多一门技能，这对于增强自己的竞争力十分有用，口语应该随着时代的发展成为一种学习趋势。
知良学校英语教学的最大特色就是对英语口语的学习。通过短时间的口语训练课程，学生就可以说一口漂亮的英文！

Our life is full of choices at all times and places.While some consequence of choices are tolerant for us to regret and rechoose,most of the decision are hard to be changed. Although many choices might relative to the pace of my life, I'd love to choose to take risks when I faced with challenge.
Taking a risk,just like the scene that I stand in front of a high,precipitous mountian. Though I eager know what the world is like in the other side of this mountain, I'm afraid of the hazard,steepness,as well as the fierce animals in the mountain. I can choose to stand here,gaze upon the mountian and guess the landscape behind it. However, I decide on the risk. To advance an expidition,to enjoy the fresh air in the forest,to battle of wits and courage with those animals,to face the challenge,to experience a different way of life.
I believe that in the end,no matter what's the view of my aim.It's out of common.It's happiness after my pursuit since I create a distinct life.
