纠正所有楼上第3题的答案！全部是考查冠词的用法！
1. a → an
exciting前的不定冠词应该用an，因为exciting的第一个音素是元音/i/。

2. 去掉the
单独修饰形容词popular时，并不需要加定冠词the.

3. In和United States中间加入the
the United States意思是“美国”，在句子中使用时，其前面的the不能省略。

4. an → the
in the afternoon是固定短语，意思是“在下午”。

My mother is at the school now.
我妈妈现在在学校。

My mother is at the school now.
我妈妈现在在学校。

错了
my mother is staying at the school now
或者把at 改为in

把at改成in就行了。
