英语作文：题目 a guide to suzhou
A tour guide is a person who leads groups of tourists around a town,museum,or other tourist attractions.The guide provides commentary on the features and history of the location.The tours can be from as little as 10-15 minutes to extended periods over many days.Such a person normally possesses a qualification usually issued or recognised by the appropriate authority.When I travelled in Nanjing,Yangzhou and Suzhou last summer with my parents,an idea always ran into my mind that I could consider becoming an English tour guide some day.Yes,why not?Travel can broaden my mind,deepen my knowledge of the beautiful in China,even in the world.If I can realize my dream,then personally I can enjoy the beautiful scenic spots for free and earn money and enrich my life,thus uplifting my life quality
My teacher
When it comes to the teachers, i can't think more than my last English teacher, Yip Sir,aged 82.
When I saw him in the first time, i regarded him as an ordinary old man with nothing special.However, after a few conversations with him, i had come to know how unbelievable the old man was.
First of all, he looks really younger than the other old men. His black hair is more than his white hair, which makes he look like 60. He told me that he didn'tuse his head often.
Secondly, he is really sporty. He went skiing,riding horses,jogging last year,at the age of 81.
I don't know how to describe my respect towards him. I only have to wish him being in good health and happy teachers' day.
Last Sunday I went to Weihai with my family. First we went to Dalian by train. From Dalian we took a ship. It took about six hours to go from Dalian to Weihai by ship. When we got to Weihai we took a taxi to our hotel. The next day we went to the seaside by bus. It was the first time for me to see the sea. I was very excited. I swam in the sea. Then we had seafood in a restaurant by the seaside. I like seafood very much. We spent seven days in Weihai. I think it was the most interesting trip.
