one another和each other都是表示互相、彼此的意思，并没有什么区别，通常情况下二者可以在句子中进行互换。在用法上二者均做代词，不可做主语。如They know each other’s (one another’s)weak points.他们都彼此了解对方的缺点。汉语的“互相”是副词，但是英语中的 each other 和 one another均为代词。因此在及物动词之后可直接用作宾语 (如help each other);而在不及物动词之后，则要借助介词 (如talk to each other, learn from one another 等)。有些语法认为，each other只能用于两者之间，而one another只能用于两者以上。但是在现代英语的实际使用中，each other也可用于“两者以上”，one another也可用于“两者之间”。
只要认识he 他的主格，是用来作主语的，那它后面的词就该是谓语了，但要注意，必须是动词噢，有时会有副词放在后面来修饰动词。

一般用于三者或三者以上
one another, 其实是“the one the other”的缩略，从这一点来看，它的原意就是指的两个人之间的“相互”。所谓“一般用于三者或以上”，这只是18世纪某文法家的“拍脑袋”成果……所以，用于二者之间，或者用于三者或以上，都可以。正如H.W. Fowler说的——“区别只是——基于当前的用法，或是历史上的用法”，他更在《现代英语用法》（Modern English Usage）中做出结论——“对（one another是用于三者或以上）这种规则的信念是没有立足点的（untenable）”。

1）相互代词只有each other和one another两个词组。他们表示句中动词所叙述的动作或感觉在涉及的各个对象之间是相互存在的，例如：

2） 相互代词的句法功能：
a. 作动词宾语；
People should love one another. 人们应当彼此相爱。
b. 可作介词宾语；
