When I was young,my father ,who always taught me how to be a true man,told me that it is essential to be tolerant in your life whatever happens.
And that remains the most valuable present he gave me,I think To be tolerant, I need to keep calm when great trouble lies in front of me,however difficult it is to overcome it; To be tolerant ,I need to resist the temptation of all kinds of the outside world,even if it is so attractive; To be torlerant, I need to pull myself(控制自己情绪) in times of extreme sorrows and joys, no matter how they affect me.

Summer Camp
On Saturday, we went camping, with our teachers. First we pitched the tent. then our older brothers and older sisters played game with us. At noon, we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue for dinner. At night, we had bonfire and sang and danced. We didn’t sleep until 10:20 at night. But some of the boys were so noisy we couldn＇t fall alseep. I only slept for three hours. the next morning, everybody woke up very early. After exercising in the morning, we all went to see the small pigs. On the way there, we saw a lot of geese. At 10:00, we went back to eat ice cream. It was so cold. then, we all played games together. We ate lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon, we played musical instruments and sang. After that, camp was over. We had a lot of fun at the summer camp. I am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.

Reading Is a Good Hobby
With development of science and technology, new knowledge comes every day. If you stop learning even for a day,you will be lost. Reading is a good way to help you keep in touch with the outside world. Read widely and you'll be rich in knowledge. Reading is also a good way to relax yourself. My favourite food is fruit.

I like it very much. Because it is healthy to our body. After we insist on having fruit every day, we will become stronger. As the proverb says ,” An apple a day keeps the doctor away .” So we should have more. It still has a lot of advantages. First, it can make our skin become white and smooth. This point is very attractive to girls. Next, it helps digestion. When we are hungry, we can eat fruit. It can let you feel full at once. In addition, fruit is so pretty and cute.
In one word, having fruit is good for our health. So we should enjoy it.
