摘 要
Abstract

随着科学技术的发展，数控机床的设计也取得了很大的突破，但是大部分数控机床还需要进一步改进。经过调查后发现现有的数控机床存在着较多的人机问题。一些不合理的设计造成操作者身体疲劳和心理压力，降低了工作效率。这就要求设计者本着“以人为本”的设计理念，设计出符合人生理和心理需求的数控机床。对现有数控机床进行人机评价，并进行改良设计有积极意义。

After process investigation, discovered that the existing numerically-controlled machine tool has the many man-machine problems. Some unreasonable designs cause the operator body to be weary and the pressure, cut the working efficiency. This requests the designer in line with “humanist” the design idea, designs conforms to the person physiology and the psychological demand numerically-controlled machine tool. Carries on the man-machine appraisal to the existing numerically-controlled machine tool, and carries on the improvement design to have the positive sense.
本文针对我校CAK3675V数控机床进行设计调查，采用CATIA建立中国数字人体模型和CAK3675V数控机床数字模型，利用人机分析功能模块对数控机床进行人机分析评价。在评价分析的基础上，以现有数控机床进行改良设计。
This article carries on the design investigation in view of my school CAK3675V numerically-controlled machine tool, uses CATIA to establish the Chinese digit manikin and the CAK3675V numerically-controlled machine tool numerical model, carries on the man-machine analysis appraisal using the man-machine analysis functional module to the numerically-controlled machine tool. In the appraisal analysis's foundation, carries on the improvement design by the existing numerically-controlled machine tool.
最后将改良设计方案和原方案对比评价，在机床的数控面板、造型、和具体尺寸方面取得较好的进展，为今后数控机床的设计提供相关依据。
