代词ones和those和the ones区别
ones是one的复数形式，常用来代替复数可数名词，表泛指，前面不用物主代词修饰，也不用these或those来直接修饰，除非ones前面有形容词：
e.g.:
I have a new coat and several old ones.
These yellow waistcoats are so small. I want those green ones.
the ones里的ones是一个不定代词。
不定代词one可以代替前面刚提到过的名词，以免重复。仅用于可数名词，复数用ones，指人指物均可。如：
I don't have a pen. Can you lent me one?
I prefer red roses to white ones.
但是，不定代词one是不能直接和冠词连用的，必须加上一些修饰的字，如：
Are they the ones who moved here recently?
No, that’s not their car. Theirs is a blue one.
The new vicar was less cultivated than the old one.
My shoes are similar to the ones you had on yesterday.
She is the one who grumbles.
不定代词one可用其它代词或序数词修饰。如：

在某些情况下可不用不定代词one，如：
I won’t go by your car. I’ll use my own.

the ones和those的区别在于，由于ones是不定代词，所以the ones是不能单独使用的，必须加一些修饰的字，如：the ones on the shelf, the ones that are listed in the book，但是those作为指示代词，可以单独使用，也可以修饰名词，如those books。
