首先 like 是个及物动词，既然是及物动词，后面可以接宾语，能做宾语的只有能是名词，代词，如果后面是一个动词怎么办呢？很简单先把这个动词变成名词，在放在like 的后面做宾语. 把动词变成名词，有两种方法
（1）直接写出该动词的名词形式
（2）将动词后面加上ing 就成了动名词，可以当作名词使用了
因此就是我们所说的 like doing sth

当两个动词出现作为谓语和宾语时，表示宾语的那个动词要变成名词，在英语中常见就是变成动名词。有些动词加后缀变成名词，有的没有前后缀就加ing 变成动名词。

有时候表示某次具体动作，就会变成不定式。
这是耐克动词所决定的，那个后边儿有个结两种动词形式，一种是动名词形式，一种是接不定式动词形式。那就动名词的形式的时候，比如接嗯ray的生意的，后面可以直接带宾语，所以说就会出现动手不动时同时出现的情况。

也可以直接+动名词

因为动名词兼具动词和名词双重特点，具有动词的含义和名词的用法。可以做主语，宾语，表语，这句话中充当like的宾语。
