My Hobbies
I have many hobbies, such as sports, singing, and keeping a diary.
In school, I often hear the P.E. teacher say, sports do good to one's health, and will make one live longer. So, I like sports very much. I go running in the morning, and after classes in the afternoon. I play basketball with my friends. These sports have kept me healthy.
At home, I like to sing . I hope I will be a singer when I grow up.
Of all my hobbies I like reading books best. In my bedroom there are nearly six hundred books. There are story books, textbooks, magazines, and others. When I grow up, I will serve the people with the knowledge I have learned from them.

我有许多爱好，例如体育运动、唱歌、记日记。
在学校，我的体育老师经常说：“运动对一个人的健康有好处 ，还可以延长人的寿命。”因此，我非常喜欢体育运动。我经常在早晨和下午放学后跑步，我和我的朋友们一起打篮球，这些运动都会使我变得很健康。
在家里，我喜欢唱歌，我希望自己长大了可以做一名歌手。

集邮是我的爱好(Collecting Stamps Is My Hobby)

Everybody has his hobby, such as singing, dancing, photo-taking, drawing, reading or guita playing. My hobby is collecting stamps. Why? Because my favourite hobby gives me a lot of pleasure, and I can learn a lot about geography and history from stamps.
I have already collected about 800 stamps since I was in Grade Two. Yesterday my uncle sent me a beautiful Canadian stamp from Montreal. I was too excited to sleep last night.

Reading enables me to learn about so many things that I would otherwise not know. I learned about how people lived in bygone days of magic and mystery. I learned about the wonders of the world, space travel, human achievements, gigantic whales, tiny viruses and other fascinating things of our world.
Books provide the reader with so much information and facts. They have certainly helped me in my daily life. I am better equipped to cope with living. Otherwise I would go about ignorantly learning things the hard way.
So I continue to read. Besides being more informed about the world, I also spend my time profitably. It is indeed a good hobby.

On health

Without good health condition you can achieve nothing in your life,In some extent, a value of a person all depends on his or her health condition. Now days people pay little attention to their health conditon and always ignore the dangerous signal of their body.It is too late when they found they were hit by the heavy disease. Many people have varied kinds of ills which was neglected .

In order to have a healthy body. we have many choices at our disposal. Firstly we should have three meals regularly everyday and live a regular life Secondly we should do more sports everyday to keep both a health mood and a health body Finally we should adopt a positive attitude towards the life, Never get depressed too much and keep balance in the heart

You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.

By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. these things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy
