第一个the改成a较好，因为大街上人很多，大街上那个人？是哪个人呢？应该是随便问一个大街上的【一】个人吧？
句意是：如果你在街道问一个人，那个能给人关于生活（生命）的感觉（感情）的电影是什么，你也许得到《那些年》这个答案。
从修辞法上讲，这个句子太长，不平衡。宾语从句可再简短些。
试：If you ask a person in the street what film gives you the feelings of life, the answer may be Those Years.
英语句子开头并不是不可以用动词，比如祈使句，Close the door ,please! Close 就是动词啊。
我认为你要分清楚主语，谓语，宾语，定语，状语等句子成分。这些和汉语是相通的，理解了汉语就差不多了。
主语一般是代词，名词等。谓语一般由动词构成。宾语一般是动词和介词后面的成分。定语一般是修饰名词的，词尾带“的”一般是形容词，形容词一般作定语或者表语。词尾带“地”的一般是副词。
