我的惩罚持续了一年之久。期间，我发现多一点耐心，我可以使我的玩具用得更久一点。从此，我的态度发生了改变。 must改为could 把 to去掉。I could make my toys last.

我觉得even前应该加个and，even前是一个完整句子，后面Yao was silent也是一个完整句子，其中who引导的定语从句，用来修饰Yao的，俩句子中间缺少了连词～～用and来连接俩句子就能讲的通了

1、importance 后加to attach……to……固定搭配
2、help sb do sth
3、as 变while，as不能引导状语从句
4、chickens去掉s，它本身就是负数
5、has变had，发生在过去的动作之前，过去完成时
6、bad前加a
7、that去掉
8、a去掉，students 对应前面的they
9、on变in
10、a wrong information 变成the wrong information 特指

1.importance后面加 to
attach great importance to sth 重视……

2.and -----so 这里是因果关系 不是并列

3.as 变while，as不能引导状语从句

4.a -----the 定语从句 所以要特指 “the farm”

5.has ----had 主从句时态一致原则决定了 从句只能用过去完成时

6.后边的news---piece of news NEWS “消息”不可数名词

7.去掉THAT 不是从句

8.a good student---good students 前边是复数

9.dissatisfied---dissatisfying 这里说的是“学生们没有按时交作业”这件事
-ing 用来指事
-ed 的形容词 用来指人 比如：I'm excited about the exciting news
类似的词还有很多：suprised,astonished,等等

10.a--the 这里需要特指 这个消息 后面的IT才能指代our shuttle bus
否则指代不清
