我的健康生活方式
人生最大的财富是什么?是钱财还是身体健康?
只有失去的才知道要珍惜,当你失去健康的时候,才知道它的重要;生命对于人只有一次,当你失去了生命,再多的财富对你都是毫无用途的废物。健康是人生最大的财富,你失去健康,就失去了人生的许多乐趣。
既然财富可遇而不可求;那么就让我们去追求人人都可以公平取得的健康财富吧。
想拥有健康最主要是要有健康的生活方式。那么我的健康生活方式呢是什么呢?
第一是科学合理饮食习惯。
克制自己少吃肉或不吃肉,多吃菜。因为蛋白质不能摄取太多,尤其是坐办公室或不从事体力劳动的人。人体内大部分饱和脂肪来自动物肉,饱和脂肪是诱发心脏病的杀手,它能提高血液的低密度值,增加血液黏稠度;血液黏稠度增加,心脏负担过重,显著增加心脏病的发病率;当血液被堵在血管中无法到达心脏时,心脏病就会发作,当血液无法到达脑部时,就会发生中风;血液黏稠度增加血液就无法到达末梢神经,加快皮肤老化。现在我们的小学生已有肥胖症,中学生已有脂肪肝,最近有资料统计说大约30%的人有脂肪肝。

我基本不吃肉,注意粗粮搭配,不吃咸菜。平时吃饭只吃七八分饱,坚持早餐喝牛奶。这些饮食规律是从自己身体健康状况和直系家族遗传病例情况相结合,和医生仔细讨论后的制定的饮食措施,与安可说的素食主义毫无关系。

第二是适度运动和生活有规律

我生活比较有规律,一般每周运动三次,主要运动项目是打羽毛球、游泳、爬山。没有条件运动的人也可以通过洗桑拿达到出汗的目的,但有心血管和心脏疾病的人洗桑拿要谨慎。在干蒸室内呆的时间不能太长,一旦发现呼吸急促要立即离开干蒸室。
我每天一边吃中午饭一边看《百家讲坛》,看完后睡午觉,吃晚饭后坚持散步。

Physical Needs is that every human beings require to have air for breathing, water for drinking, shelter for living, medical attention for healing, rest for resting, and recreation for relaxing. If you miany one from this list, that means you life is not as health as other people. For example, there was an explorer in the ancient age and he was traveling in a gigantic forest. One day, he got lost in this forest and he could not find any foods in there. Two weeks after, the explorer lost his life in this dark, gloomy forest. This example tells us that, we can not lose any of those things from the Physical Needs, Safety Needs, and Love and Friendship Needs.
My suggestion for you is that every morning, you need to wake up early and have a great breakfast. You also need to have some snacks during the afternoon, that can encourage you energy. Daily sport in one thing that you can done during the afternoon or recreation time. Remember, the best way to keep you in a good mood is to sleep early. I suggest that you should go to bed at 9''oclock.
Overall, have a good timetable for yourself and follow the Physical Needs, Safety Needs, and Love and Friendship Needs instructions, it will makes you in the healthiest mood everyday.

The definition of “Healthy Life Style” include a positive living attitude towards life, eating a balanced diet, exercises regularly, which is three to five times a week with at least thirty to forty-five minutes per session. I felt that I could finish my routine work faster in a happy mood. I took turns to use my arms to clean my bathroom wall, which is exactly the same exercises for shoulders. I guess I will never have to see orthopedic doctors because of my frozen shoulder when I reach that particular age.
